Mushroom Green chutney
: Ingridients :
- 8 Medium sized Mushrooms
- 5 small shallot onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons oil.
- 1 table spoon of Mustard oil
- 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tea spoon of salt
- 3 green chillies 5 red chillies
And some coriander leaves
PREP TIME:5 MINS AND COOK TIME:20 MINS.......
Procedure
- Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a kadai or pan.
- Add the onions which have been cut into squares. On a medium-low or medium flame,add mushroom and pices of garlic cloves begin to saute.
- Add turmeric powder and salt.
- After 10 mins add coriander leaves and keep sautering.
- Put the mixture into a mixture bowl and mashup it
And garnish with coriander leaves with paratha and nunor steamed rice
