Mushroom Green chutney

: Ingridients :

  1. 8 Medium sized Mushrooms
  2. 5 small shallot onions
  3. 5 cloves of garlic
  4. 3 tablespoons oil.
  5. 1 table spoon of Mustard oil
  6. 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tea spoon of salt
  8. 3 green chillies 5 red chillies And some coriander leaves

PREP TIME:5 MINS AND COOK TIME:20 MINS.......

Procedure

  1. Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a kadai or pan.
  2. Add the onions which have been cut into squares. On a medium-low or medium flame,add mushroom and pices of garlic cloves begin to saute.
  3. Add turmeric powder and salt.
  4. After 10 mins add coriander leaves and keep sautering.
  5. Put the mixture into a mixture bowl and mashup it And garnish with coriander leaves with paratha and nunor steamed rice
