Mushroom Soup

: INGREDIENTS :

  1. Butter 2 tbsp Garlic Chopped
  2. 1 tbsp Ginger Julienne
  3. 1 inch Onion Slice
  4. (Small) Mushroom Slice
  5. Spring Onion Chopped 2 stalks Salt to taste Black pepper crushed
  6. 1 tsp Vinegar.
  7. 1½ tsp Water 3-4 Cup
  8. Sesame Oil 1 tsp

Prep time-10 min Cooking time -15 min

Procedure

  1. Heat Butter in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger julienne, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
  2. Add sliced onion and sauté for 2 min
  3. Add mushroom slice, mix well.
  4. Add Chopped spring onion, salt, Black pepper crush, vinegar, and water, mix well and cook for 5-6 min.
  5. Switch off the flame, remove soup in soup bowl.
  6. Pour ½tsp of sesame oil in each soup bowl and serve hot.
