Mushroom Soup
: INGREDIENTS :
- Butter 2 tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Julienne
- 1 inch Onion Slice
- (Small) Mushroom Slice
- Spring Onion Chopped 2 stalks Salt to taste Black pepper crushed
- 1 tsp Vinegar.
- 1½ tsp Water 3-4 Cup
- Sesame Oil 1 tsp

Cooking time -15 min
Procedure
- Heat Butter in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger julienne, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
- Add sliced onion and sauté for 2 min
- Add mushroom slice, mix well.
- Add Chopped spring onion, salt, Black pepper crush, vinegar, and water, mix well and cook for 5-6 min.
- Switch off the flame, remove soup in soup bowl.
- Pour ½tsp of sesame oil in each soup bowl and serve hot.
