Mushroom Polao
Ingridients :-
- Mushroom - 250GMS
- Chopped Carrot - 100 GMS
- Greenpeace - 100 GMS
- Red Capsicum - 50 GMS
- Yellow Capsicum - 50 GMS
- Broccoli - 20 GMS
- Basmati Rice - 400 GMS
- Black Paper Powder - 1/2 TBSP
- Garam Masala - 1 TBSP
- Salt - 2 TBSP
- Ghee - 2 TBSP
- Cumin Seeds - 1 TBSP
- Clove - 4 Pieces
- Bay leaves - 1 Piece
- Cinnamon - 2 Pieces
- Cardamom - 4 Pieces
Procedure
- Heat Butter in a pan
- Add Cumin Seeds - 1 TBSP, Clove - 4 Pieces, Bay leaves - 1 Piece, Cinnamon - 2 Pieces, Cardamom - 4 Pieces
- Add Chopped Carrot - 100 GMS, Greenpeace - 100 GMS,Red Capsicum - 50 GMS, :- Mushroom - 250GMS, Yellow Capsicum - 50 GMS,Broccoli - 20 GMS fry for 4-5 min
- Then add salt taste wise and black pepper crushed/powder ½ tbsp.And Gram masala powder 1tbsp.
- Then add rice and fry for another 2 mins.
- Add water 1.5 times of rice and leae its for 15 mins.
- And mushroom polao is ready to serve
