Mushroom Polao

Ingridients :-

  1. Mushroom - 250GMS
  2. Chopped Carrot - 100 GMS
  3. Greenpeace - 100 GMS
  4. Red Capsicum - 50 GMS
  5. Yellow Capsicum - 50 GMS
  6. Broccoli - 20 GMS
  7. Basmati Rice - 400 GMS
  8. Black Paper Powder - 1/2 TBSP
  9. Garam Masala - 1 TBSP
  10. Salt - 2 TBSP
  11. Ghee - 2 TBSP
  12. Cumin Seeds - 1 TBSP
  13. Clove - 4 Pieces
  14. Bay leaves - 1 Piece
  15. Cinnamon - 2 Pieces
  16. Cardamom - 4 Pieces

Procedure

  1. Heat Butter in a pan
  2. Add Cumin Seeds - 1 TBSP, Clove - 4 Pieces, Bay leaves - 1 Piece, Cinnamon - 2 Pieces, Cardamom - 4 Pieces
  3. Add Chopped Carrot - 100 GMS, Greenpeace - 100 GMS,Red Capsicum - 50 GMS, :- Mushroom - 250GMS, Yellow Capsicum - 50 GMS,Broccoli - 20 GMS fry for 4-5 min
  4. Then add salt taste wise and black pepper crushed/powder ½ tbsp.And Gram masala powder 1tbsp.
  5. Then add rice and fry for another 2 mins.
  6. Add water 1.5 times of rice and leae its for 15 mins.
  7. And mushroom polao is ready to serve
